Most of these are live and running. Side missions built in parallel - because one ship was never enough.

I've sailed vessels of every tonnage.

Solo builds, micro-startups, bootstrapped shops, scale-ups in the hundreds, orgs in the thousands. Spent time embedded inside larger enterprises too - eBay, Stitch Fix among them - navigating from within rather than from the top.

Enterprises aren't my natural waters. Too slow, too layered. Unless there's a nimble, autonomous crew somewhere inside with real latitude - then it's a different story. My home port: somewhere between scrappy and scaled.
